The Box Office is located at 177 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg and is open 9 am - 1 pm Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays) and an hour before show times for walk-up sales only – telephones are not manned during this time. Unauthorised ticket sellers

We ensure access for all patrons with side-lane access and removable access seating. A hearing loop is installed in the venue auditorium. If you require accessible seating, please contact the box office on 07 4130 4100.

Refunds

Moncrieff box office
The Box Office is located at 177 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg and is open 9 am - 1 pm Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays) and an hour before show times for walk-up sales only – telephones are not manned during this time. For tickets sales, purchase in person at the box office or call 07 4130 4100 during open hours or purchase online at artsbundaberg.com.au.
Patrons should have their printed or digital copy of tickets ready to present to an usher prior to entering the auditorium.
