From Motown magic to festive favourites, the Moncrieff’s October to December program is bursting with rhythm, stories and celebration.

Feel the sounds of soul music with Human Nature’s Motown 20th Anniversary Regional Tour, experience the elegance and soaring vocals of Mirusia’s Celebration live performance right here in Bundaberg and enjoy acoustic storytelling with Amy Shark’s Solo Songs and Stories tour.

Tribute fans can relive legendary bands taking centre stage with The Beatles Anthology, Meatloaf: The Jim Steinman Songbook and The Joe Cocker Express.

John Waters and his band reprise and reinvent classic hits in Radio Luxembourg. Broadway lovers are in for a treat as Broadway & Beyond brings to life the music, theatre, cabaret, rock, pop, and jazz to razzle and dazzle the audience as only a Broadway show can!

On screen, we’re serving up cinematic joy. This year’s free Seniors Week screening is Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy. Our rich lineup of screenings continues with The Travelling Film Festival and then free community screenings of Maria and Kung Fu Panda 4 – a school holiday treat.

The Box Office is located at 177 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg and is open 9 am - 1 pm Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays) and an hour before show times for walk-up sales only – telephones are not manned during this time. Unauthorised ticket sellers

The venue operates under the Queensland Government COVID Regulations, Checklist and Guidelines, as relevant.

Your visit

Moncrieff box office
The Box Office is located at 177 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg and is open 9 am - 1 pm Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays) and an hour before show times for walk-up sales only – telephones are not manned during this time. For tickets sales, purchase in person at the box office or call 07 4130 4100 during open hours or purchase online at artsbundaberg.com.au.

Patrons should have their printed or digital copy of tickets ready to present to an usher prior to entering the auditorium.

Unauthorised ticket sellers
If you buy tickets from an unauthorised seller (e.g. Viagogo, Gumtree, ebay), you risk losing your money and your chance to see your favourite performer. You may be buying a forged/fake ticket, or the scammer may be selling the same ticket multiple times. The end result is that you may lose your money and may be refused entry to the performance. We have no obligation to honour unauthorised tickets. The Moncrieff Entertainment Centre, its website and ticketing provider TicketSearch, are the only authorised ticket sellers for events at the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre. If you are uncertain when buying tickets online, contact the box office on 07 4130 4100.

Ticket refund and exchanges

Children at Moncrieff performances
At events where specified, children two years and under are welcome to sit on the lap of a paying patron, free of charge. Booster seats are available.

Food and beverage services
The candy bar and licensed bar are open one hour prior to performances, and during interval at selected events. Gourmet food packs are available for pre-order when purchasing your tickets (must be ordered at least 48 hours prior to the show).

Access for all
We ensure access for all patrons with side-lane access and removable access seating. A hearing loop is installed in the venue auditorium. If you require accessible seating, please contact the box office on 07 4130 4100.

Parking
Free, long-term parking is available after 5 pm. More information on free, all-day parking is available at artsbundaberg.com.au.

Covid safety
The venue operates under the Queensland Government COVID Regulations, Checklist and Guidelines, as relevant.

Refunds
The Moncrieff Entertainment Centre does not provide refunds after a purchase has been confirmed, except as outlined in the Terms and Conditions, or if required by law. Changes to personal circumstances, inability to attend the event or change of mind, do not constitute grounds for a refund.

All bookings incur a $3 transaction fee.
