Join the celebration as we launch the 10 day Taste Bundaberg Festival beneath the lofty elegant peaks of the sailcloth sperry tents with a food truck style event.
Don't miss the casual Fri-YAY vibes featuring the Bermuda Social band playing beats that will be sure to get you up and dancing.
Local food trucks and beverages suppliers will provide a range of tasty offerings. Ticket fee includes entry, one local beverage and entertainment only.

The Mayor’s Beach Ball
Join Mayor Helen Blackburn and Festival ambassador Colin Fassnidge under sparkling party lights in the Sperry tents for an evening not to be missed.
The Mayor’s Beach Ball is the gala event of the Taste Bundaberg Festival, where you can dine and dance the night away entertained by the Bermuda Social band.
Experience the ‘whole feast’ with seafood, meat and fresh produce all sourced locally alongside flare cocktail bar, fire performers and live entertainment.
Participate in the fundraising raffle and auction held in support of the Mayor’s Christmas Appeal.
Ticket fee includes canapes, three course meal, five hour beverage package and cocktail per person. Supported by TAFE Queensland.

Gather your friends and spend the afternoon creating a beautiful floral arrangement to take home and enjoy, using flowers grown on our farm.

Date Night Mystery Pop Up Picnic

Ambassador Chefs
Colin Fassnidge
Born in Dublin and trained by the legendary Raymond Blanc, Colin Fassnidge was the Executive Chef at the Four in Hand in Paddington for over 10 years.
Colin first appeared as a guest judge on My Kitchen Rules in 2012 and in 2023 he returns as co-host on the top-rating show. Colin has recently hosted Kitchen Nightmares Australia and also hosted his own two-part series, Colin's Ireland.
Apart from being an award-winning chef and a TV host, he’s also written his own cookbooks - Four Kitchens in 2014 and The Commonsense Cook in 2020.

Justine Schofield
A poster girl for today’s busy, motivated career woman, Justine Schofield brings a youthful energy and touch of French flair to everything she does.
She is the host of popular daytime cooking show ‘Everyday Gourmet’ on Network 10 which is now in its 14th season and has filmed over 1,200 episodes.
Justine has published four cookbooks - Dinner with Justine, Simple Everyday, The Weeknight Cookbook, and The Slow Cook. Her fifth cookbook is due for release in 2024.
As one of the most popular contestants to come out of series one of ‘MasterChef’ in 2009, over 15 years on, Justine has built a career out of everything she loves and has established herself as a familiar and well-respected face of the Australian food and media industry.

Farm Flavours Picnic
Macadamias Australia brings back the ever-popular Farm Flavours Picnic held within the established macadamia orchard. Surrounded by sunshine and live music, enjoy a laid-back atmosphere with friends or family.
There will be an abundance of scattered picnic blankets and deck chairs available, to enjoy the day on the manicured lawn areas or choose a spot under the shade of the macadamia trees.
The picnic will include fresh, seasonal, local produce from the region as well as showcasing macadamias.

Berry Delicious Farm Tour
Come along on our exclusive 'Berry Delicious' farm tour, hosted by the experts at Hillwood Berries, and be filled with behind-the-scenes knowledge.
Walk through our brand new, state of the art growing tunnels, tasting raspberries and blackberries straight from the branches. This tour is not only fascinating and educational but also TASTY!
You'll be guided by our Harvest Manager and Senior Agronomist covering all there is to know about harvesting techniques, quality control, growing practices from propagation through to picking processes.
Each tour ticket includes a punnet of each berry type to take home - raspberry, blackberry and blueberry.
